Roland Doctor Stripped Of Narcotic Prescribing License
Channel 5 News - Fort Smith, Arkansas - April 7, 2015
Dear Dr. Myers,
I am just heart broken over this. I know in my heart that your not only a man of God but a man that has genuine sympathy and empathy for chronic pain sufferers like myself. I am so sorry this terrible needless injustice has happened to you and your family. You will be missed dearly.
Thank you and may God Bless you and your family in your future practice and if there is anything I can do please feel free to ask.
Thomas J. Ross
Chronic Pain Patient
Founder & President of the American Pain Institute (API), one of the leading advocates
for chronic pain treatment in America and the only African American physician in southern
Seqouyah County, Oklahoma, has been falsely accused and punished for the prescription drug
practices of white physicians at the Wellness Clinic of Roland by the Oklahoma Board
of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (OBNDD).
Rev. Dr. Myers considers himself a victim of racism after having his Oklahoma
narcotics license suspended by Oklahoma law enforcement.
"Please continue to join me in prayer for reconciliation and healing from the legacy
of enslavement in America brought to light by recent events in Oklahoma."
